Finding - and Retaining - Top Talent A Priority for Hospitality Tabletop Companies


More and more of these types of changes happening in our industry....a sign of the times you could say.

Cardinal International, a leader in high quality dinnerware, glassware and flatware to the North 
American hospitality markets, has named Emily Meinen Western Regional Sales Manager as of 
September 15, 2014. In her new role, Meinen will manage the rep firm/dealer sales on the 
West Coast, while also developing regional chain business. She will report directly to Alexandre 
Bollengier, VP Sales & Marketing for Cardinal International.

Meinen brings accomplished regional sales leadership experience in the foodservice market. 

Having top talent onboard and then supporting that talent is one today's prerequisites for success. The old and tired (at least in some people's eyes) saying "people are your best asset"....is more true today than ever in hospitality tabletop.

If you have top people and do not do everything you can do to support them, you can be assured that someone else - likely a competitor - will.
